Time for an update... hasn't even been a month! YES...

I am getting a little better about updating the site... yeah for ME! We have had so much going on since the last update. I have a lot of picture to post and can do that now that we found our cable...

On May 31, Carrington had her dance recital! She did a great job and we got some cute photos. I can't believe that was her second year of dance. She is a little performer!

We celebrated her 4th birthday on June 5th! We spent the day with her, went to Olive Garden for lunch (her choice - she loves that place), then went to a special event at Zoo Boise. Then we came home, had cake, opened presents and crashed around 10:00. She had a great day! Shane and I had a great day with her too.

Then on Saturday, June 7th we had a birthday party for her at the house. She got to invite cousins and friends from school over. Shane and I managed 13 kids, with the help of my family. The weather wasn't perfect, but we had a great time overall! We played on the new playground, ate lots of yummy treats, visited and took a million photos as usual.

On Sunday, June 8th we recovered from the week. We took her to spend some of her gift certificates and played in the back yard. Much needed after the week...

Father's Day was just around the corner! We celebrated with Shane on Sunday - we had breakfast(hilarious by the way - I refuse to tell anyone), opened gifts (spoiled him), went to the Roaring Springs, had lunch with my dad and then enjoyed the evening. Shane is an amazing dad and husband!

The last few days we have been busy putting the final touches on our backyard, going to the water park (gotta love season passes) and trying to slow life down a little before Morgan gets here!

It's been a fun summer so far and we can't wait for what is about to come...

Speaking of Morgan... we are anxiously awaiting her arrival! We still have several weeks to go, but know it will be here before we know it. She is growing like crazy, which in turns mean I am growing like crazy... she kicks 24/7! So different than Carrington. I know we are in for the ride of our lives between the two of them. Our next project is to get things ready for her. We have the crib up and bedding, but that's about it... so much to do, so little time!

I am busy working still... we are in hire mode at WDS and I'm not sure when we will get out of it. I will probably train until the first of August and then will probably be done! Not sure how much time I will take off, Shane and I are still discussing trying to determine how much time I want to take off.

Shane is finally getting to relax after all the yard work! We are offically done, so he has been golfing a lot and enjoying the backyard. There's nothing more rewarding than putting in a day of work and then relaxing in your own oasis that you created! I will post pictures of the yard soon...

Outside of all that, the next couple of weeks we have inside stuff to work on; catch up on everything we let go whiling we were focusing on the outside. HOPEFULLY by July first we will be able to enjoy spending time with eachother, family & friends.. and not have to worry about yardwork or housework!

Until next time...

Love US!
