Happy New Year...

From NEW YORK; ringing in the new year was unbelievable this year! We never imagined how awesome it would be in Time Square. It's a MUST for ALL! Everyone is extremely nice, all different types of people from all over the world, there was no pushing or shoving and it wasn't too cold. Everyone started counting down with about 30 seconds left on the clock and when the last 10 seconds of 2007 started the crowed roared. The ball dropped, fire works exploded, everyone was kissing, hugging and screaming Happy New Year... take a look at the pics below!

Then WE turned off the TV and headed to bed... gotta love digital photography and HD television.

Happy New Year to ALL and may 2008 bring nothing but the best to everyone!

Actually New Year's Eve was very quiet for us! We met up with some friends, Mike and Kim Wood for an early dinner at Ruby River. If you haven't heard of Ruby River it's over by Edwards and all I can say is YUM! We had a great time catching up with Mike and Kim. After dinner we headed home, then decided to head out to Fred Meyer for a new game around 9:00pm. We picked up a couple of games, made it home in time to see New York ring in the new year, played games for about 30 minutes and then headed to bed. Today, we will have lunch with my family - ham, corn breaded, black-eyed peas and mashed potatoes. We might catch a movie or skate on the ice. We hope you all have a wonderful day.
